Every day of the year, the Rancho Bernardo food stop fires up its ovens at 6:30 a.m. for breakfast, and keeps them churning out fresh baked goods through lunch. In the morning, servers dish out farm-fresh omelets, sizzling skillets, and fluffy pancakes made from scratch. Later in the day, sandwiches and half-pound angus burgers arrive on the scene, including an open-faced chiliburger buried beneath a homemade, three-bean chili avalanche. Visitors can enjoy their meal out on the Cafe's pet-friendly patio, where dogs can actually join their owners instead of donning fake mustaches and standing on each others shoulders under a trench coat.
