About Indian Clay Pot
As its name suggests, Indian Clay Pot specializes in traditional clay pot cooking—many of its dishes are cooked in pots imported directly from India. But the eatery leaves the cooking up to Head Chef Sai, who formally trained in the culinary arts in India and spent years honing his craft. He incorporates flavors and techniques that span India from north to south in dishes ranging from chilli gobi to chicken vindaloo.
