The Cuisine:
Renowned Chef Deborah Scott’s innovative fare puts a modern spin on traditional Latin dishes while emphasizing presentation. Indulge in favorites like the Pipian Crusted Brie or the Alderwood Plank Salmon. The menu offers a Peruvian-style ceviche bar and exotic meat-centric dishes like the Hickory Smoked Ribs and eclectic vegetarian options; “Good Things Growing” is a plate abundant with roasted root vegetables, a cheddar stuffed poblano pepper, corn pudding, a mushroom skewer, a caramelized plantain and more. The Cocktails:
