Ethan was great. He walked through the house and let us know what he would be doing, counted vents, returns, and mains with us to let us know the extra fee from what we paid on Groupon. (Which we knew we would be paying extra because we have more than either vents). He was professional, kind, and courteous and answered all questions we had. 10/10 recommend!

Ethan was very friendly and was very pleasant to work with. We didn't know there is a 5% discount if you pay with cash. Good to know ahead of time. It was more costly than expected with the groupon, but we had not had vents cleaned before so we weren't sure what to expect. You do need to clear furniture away from vents & it does shoot some dust out into the room when being cleaned. Now I know. Just be prepared to prep before & clean a bit afterwards. This was not a big deal & worth it to have clean vents out. I will just be more prepared next time. Our vents were filthy & it feels great to have them cleaned out. Overall a great experience.

Mark came out and did an amazing job! Very professional and answered all our questions. He was quick and forthcoming with price and details. We were nervous because we have in-slab ductwork, but he knew what he was doing and wasn’t bothered at all. This Groupon was an amazing deal and we couldn’t be happier! Thanks Mark!
