What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We’re a family oriented school dedicated to helping people meet their goals — whether its fitness, self-defense, confidence or discipline. We love martial arts, and we try to share our best experiences with all of our students. No matter what your age, there’s benefit in the martial arts for you.

Is your location strictly for adults, or can kids participate as well?
Ages 4 and up. All ages, from children to adults are welcome.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We love Tae Kwon Do.

What do you love most about your job?
Helping people meet their goals, whether it's developing more confidence, getting in shape, learning self defense, or getting to a Black Belt. And we get to break stuff!
