Their StarBaby/ StarTot classes provide a nurturing environment where both parents and children can develop essential water safety skills, comfort and familiarity with the water, alongside their caregivers. Guided by experienced instructors, the classes focus on basic water skills like entries and holds, body positions, submersions, using targets and launches rolling to the back to rest and breathe and forward movement (swim-roll-swim).
