This multi-session certification course is designed to fit your availability and desired pace—you can progress through the required classroom sessions, confined dives, and open water dives in a way that best accommodates your schedule. Start at the pool nearest you at either of International Scuba's centers located in Carrollton and in Garland. All students must supply their own mask, fins, and snorkel, which must be purchased at one of the International Scuba locations.
Your path to aquatic status winds through home-reading immersions and a series of indoor and open-water submersions. Learn scubassentials such as how to confidently set up your own gear, how to troubleshoot underwater emergencies, and how to get the most out of every flipper flap. After mastering International Scuba's heated salt-water pools, prospective divers venture out into open waters along with an experienced PADI-certified instructor. Upon graduation from your course, wave your flippers proudly and set your swimming sights on the last frontier—scuba diving in a pudding puddle.

About International Scuba
As part of a premiere PADI five-star instructor-development center, International Scuba’s team trains underwater explorers in a variety of courses that range from snorkeling and skin diving to open-water and rescue diving. The heated, indoor salt-water pool accommodates divers from ages 8 and older, and equipment packages ensure all students are outfitted for their dives. Beyond the student level, divers can also earn their master scuba-diver certification, learning how to dive at the highest level.
Students who master any of these levels can then elect a related specialty allowing them to dive under the ice, discover underwater wrecks, snap photographs of marine life, and help protect coral reefs from predatory plastic bags. Students who have completed their desired level of training but want to venture forth with a group can also participate in a trip diving in locations abroad and in 30 rivers, quarries, and beaches in and around Texas.
