About Iron Monk Brewing Company
Dave Monks and Jerod Millirons held a combined thirty years of brewing experience between them. With that kind of resume, they knew they could manage their own brewery, and Iron Monk Brewing Company was born. Their experienced palettes come together to create flavorful craft beers.
