Ironwood aspires to be your down-to-earth yoga refuge. With a supportive and vibrant community, beginners are inspired and advanced yogis are graciously humbled. We’ve created a space for you to meet yourself right where you are.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Encouraging all to move at their own pace; we offer modifications to either make things easier or add intensity. We incorporate music into our sequencing in an intelligent and thoughtful way.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
My passion for yoga, music and creativity as well as creating a unique and beautiful space.

What do you love most about your job?
When I am witness to a students break-thru.
