About Island Bagel & Deli
Besides being islands, of course, Hilton Head Island and Manhattan have one crucial thing in common: they're both home to authentic, New York-style bagels. At Island Bagel & Deli, the cooks do things the Big Apple way, whipping up 16 varieties of bagels each day from scratch, then boiling them in a kettle of purified water. Bagel flavors include chocolate chip, sesame, and cinnamon raisin, and, to make them even more enticing, the kitchen also crafts 12 flavors of cream cheese in-house, so customers don't have to go home and churn their own. Of course, bagels are just the beginning.
