Island Health & Fitness is a full-scale member-based gym and elite Personal Training facility conveniently located in east Simi Valley. As soon as you step inside you will feel welcomed and at home in our resort-style gym atmosphere. The gym offers a wide range of services including personal training, small group training, FitCamp Bootcamp, dance classes, and all traditional group fitness classes. Island Health & Fitness has recently expanded to add a new Core Barre studio. Core Barre combines ballet, pilates, yoga, and no-impact cardiovascular moves to tighten and lengthen muscles while providing a cardiovascular workout. Classes take place seven days a week. No experience required.
