Yogis make great house guests, consistently emitting a calm aura and freezing into a swan pose once the ice sculptures melt. Foster statuesqueness with today's Groupon: for $15, you get three classes at Ita Yoga Studio (a $45 value). Students must attend all three classes within one month of redeeming the Groupon.

Ita Yoga Studio's three varieties of soothing yoga classes enlighten students of all skill levels six days a week. Yoga maven Ita Reyes introduces fledgling yoganauts to simple poses during the one-hour Gentle Yoga Basics class, slowly boosting each participant's strength, flexibility, and ability to sit still through an entire television commercial. For intermediate yogis, the 75-minute Yoga Flow class incorporates tougher poses designed to pique physical endurance and brawn. The 60-minute Slow Flow & Restore—much like competing in a dinosaur rodeo—helps build up strength and endurance for any skill level. Mat-less students can rent one of the studio's floor softeners for an additional $2 per class.

About Ita Yoga Studio

Yoga studios and malls are polar opposites—one a quiet, meditative space, the other a sprawl of commotion and stimuli. But inside the Plymouth Road Mall, Ita Yoga Studio manages to block out the distractions of the surrounding shopping center with a spacious studio suited for all levels of practice. There, instructor Ita Reyes, RYT, guides students through breathing exercises and flowing sequences with held postures in slow flow sessions or more intense Vinyasa classes set to upbeat music. Students can also sync breath and movement over sustained periods during private yoga lessons in her 80- to 88-degree studio, whose warm temperature detoxifies guests while increasing their circulation and flexibility.
