About J & J Hip Hop Dance Instruction
When Dave Solon Kia needed a choreographer to create routines for its touring "Hamstars" mascots, it turned to Joseph Cantu. A master of hip-hop dance—from the pop and lock to krumping—Joseph incorporated some of his freshest moves into the Hamstars show, which was performed on Fox and at several Colorado Springs high schools. At J & J Hip Hop Dance Instruction, Joseph teaches the same dance styles to beginning and intermediate students, who hone skills such as breaking, tutting, and sliding.
