The restaurant's signature crispy duck rolls hold an edible bounty of Thai flavors hidden under deep-fried shells, including roasted duck and vegetables. And those specialty appetizers are just one of the options among the dozen of items on the menu.

Inside their kitchen, Jasmine Thai Cuisine's chefs tour Thailand through the flavors of sweet and sour pork, filet mignon with garlic green beans, and spicy eggplant sauteed with chili and basil leaves.
