I offer Reflexology & Holistic Health Consulting using both evidence-based and intuitive knowledge to help you balance, connect, and heal your body, mind, and spirit.
2. What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
My business was born out of my own journey of healing and self-discovery. In 2011, I began helping others connect with their bodies through teaching yoga and found Holistic Health Consulting/Coaching and Reflexology to be amazing partners for a more natural way to unlock your body’s natural healing wisdom.
3. What do you love most about your job?
I love my job because I strongly believe that healing and wholeness are available to everyone, and that a holistic approach to our well-being is the path to true transformation of our lives and our symptoms. Through reflexology and holistic health consulting/coaching, I am able to help you find your path toward optimum functioning in body, mind, and spirit.
4. What is the best reaction you’ve ever gotten from a customer?
After a giving a recent reflexology session, my client said, “Wow! I didn’t expect this to be a spiritual experience too, and I’m so glad it worked on deeper levels than just my feet!”
