10 Minutes - Intake: Share your needs and intentions for the session, allowing me to tailor the treatment to your unique requirements.
55 Minutes - Treatment: Immerse yourself in a rejuvenating blend of Reiki and Tuning Forks. I'll work to balance and align your body's energy centers, while the tuning forks add a unique dimension to the healing process.
10 Minutes - Wrap Up: We'll take time for a gentle transition back to the present moment. This wrap-up period allows us to discuss any insights or sensations you may have experienced during the session.
Note: The 10-minute intake and wrap-up times are flexible, adapting to your individual needs. They serve as a buffer, not a strict requirement. Your comfort and relaxation are my top priorities throughout the session.
