About Jow Ga Shaolin Institute
The Jow Ga Shaolin Institute is centered around the study of authentic Chinese martial arts and focuses its training around the elements of fitness, emotional well-being and self-defense. The Institute offers classes six days a week, taught by masters—some of whom possess more than 40 years of martial arts training—teaching traditional Chinese kung fu, focusing on the Southern fighting form of Jow Ga and the Northern style of Shaolin Mizong Quan, and meditative sessions of tai chi chauan and qi gong.
