The owners of Joy Burger Bar harbor a life-long love affair with New York City, so when they stumbled upon a restaurant opportunity on the West-Village-corner of Washington Place and 6th Avenue, the scenic location sold itself. Soon, they decided that the spot was a prime place to grill up America's signature fare: the hamburger.
