For more than a decade, the team at Juan's Flying Burrito has served up its own special versions of Mexican dishes. Take the nachos, for one. Each order overflows with jerk chicken, mango, and flavors that nod to local traditions. Each burrito is stuffed to bursting with flavorful fillings, and the namesake Flying Burrito comes with shrimp, chicken, and steak; a maximalist approach also evident in the restaurant's thoughtful veggie offerings. Among them, the Supergreen burrito wraps green chiles, spinach, onion, peppers, broccoli, jalapeños, and avocado into a single soft shell. Despite the eatery's name, these burritos are too heavy to ever actually fly, but as long as diners can still lift them into their mouths, that's all that really matters.
