After a long bout with addiction and years of depression, I came to understand that all the years of running from my emotions, my anger, and my shadow that I couldn’t run any longer. I had lost so much in my life, and the biggest loss was from losing my dad to addiction and suicide. I felt his loss was what brought me to the point of depression I just couldn’t seem to get through. I was becoming like him. Even when I had all the things that I thought made me happy and followed my passions into food as I became a successful chef, I just couldn’t find any peace or true happiness. I sabotaged everything. My pain was seeing myself in the mirror and not even being able to look at me or the man I had become.  

After years of this it took me to the point of almost losing my life, more than once, and a bout in rehab that I realized I had to do something different. This is when I met one of my mentors. She was a spiritual healer. I had never been to someone that works with energy clearing before, but I had tried almost every other Western Medicine approach to healing the human condition. But this was much different. In addition, I chose to try some alternative approaches like yoga, breath work and pranayama practices in addition to energy clearing and healing like Reiki and the Emotion and Body Code that I truly began to find freedom from all the shame, depression, anxiety, and anger I had carried for most of my life. Only then did I begin to recognize my spiritual gifts as a psychic, shamanic healer, and Akashic Records reader/ healer.  

My passion has become my spiritual practice. I have developed a practice that is very unique to support others through their own pain (emotional and physical), traumas-past and present, to focus on the overall spirit. To heal is to look at the heart and soul and work through the blocks that have kept us stuck. So, I’ve devoted my life to teaching, healing, and supporting those who want more for themselves. I truly love this work and I want more- more for others, but I want them to recognize there is more to this life and more that we can truly tap into. Our power is only hidden by our own fear. When we can work together to get to the root of some of these wounds and understand who we are without all the pain, then we can become more.  

It’s important to know and understand we need others to heal. I forgot that early in my journey until Spirit hit me across the face with some reality. I needed someone to support me through this deep work. So, I am committed to helping others see that there is more to who they are and together we can work through those of demons, traumas, and darkness of the past and present that keep us stalled and stuck in the moment. Our power is when we combine forces and we can only make a difference in this world is we work together.
