What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We offer more styles of dance and aerial fitness than any other studio [in the area]. Our instructors are highly trained and certified in teaching and safety.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Our intro classes are for any level of fitness—no strength or dance required. Each class is a little different and is guaranteed to put a smile on your face. Instructors and students make you feel like family from the time you walk through the door. We are a judgement free-environment!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Kairos was started by Shay Williamson, and she strives every day to make it better than the day before. She began aerial and pole fitness with her mom and quickly began instructing. When the time came to open her own studio, she wanted to share her love and passion for aerial dance with everyone.

What do you love most about your job?
My job as an aerial- and pole-fitness instructor is the best job in the world for so many reasons. I get to see people grow, not just in fitness goals, strength, and flexibility, but in confidence and self-love. Men and women come in, become my family and friends, and I get share in their journey
