$219 for a 90-Hour Nevada Real Estate Pre-Licensing Course with Textbooks and Materials ($440 Value)
Key Realty School's experienced realtors highlight the intricacies of Nevada state law and federal law regarding the sale of land. Taught in four segments, the course starts with realty and personal property lessons. Students then gain a deep knowledge of agency and federal laws, and finance and appraisal sections of the course go over the ins and outs of getting properties appraised and set for loans. The fourth and final section is a deep exploration of Nevada state law. Every student receives materials, including 2,000 test questions with answers, five summary audio CDs, and workbooks, reference guides, and online practice examinations.
The course includes lessons twice a day, five days a week, from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. or from 6 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. To complete the course in four weeks, students can attend one class a day for four weeks, or they can complete two classes a day and finish in two weeks. There is no time limit on completing the course, though, so students may go at their own pace.

About Key Realty School
With more than 40,000 graduates ushered through their program, Key Realty School's staff of instructors understands what's needed to become a realtor in Nevada. The school's courses—taught using materials kept up to date by the school's own publishing company—span the range of Nevada's separate realty specialties, including property management, appraisal, and broker exams. Every course is accompanied by a wealth of materials from workbooks and practice tests to national reference guides and online exams. By allowing completion in two or four weeks with sessions in both the morning and evening five days a week, the staff makes each course as flexible as a gymnast made of taffy. Students can even take longer than four weeks should they have to accommodate their own busy schedule. Conscious of the headache surrounding the task of earning a license, the school helps students avoid the rigmarole with testing in person, via fax, or online.
