From their cozy breakfast and lunch stop just at the edge of town, the cooks at Keystone Kafe have been filling bellies with their old-fashioned cooking since opening its doors in the spring of 2014. In the morning, visitors can fuel up with the Keystone Combo, which features two freshly cracked eggs served alongside crisp hash browns and bacon. In addition to tried-and-true recipes, guests can also experiment; Keystone Kafe's take on French toast, for instance, augments the traditional dish with sauteed apples, toasted pecans, and homemade sea salt caramel. Later in the day, lunchtime guests can bite into old-fashioned grilled cheese sandwiches, classic BLTs, and a burger with chopped jalapeno infused into its fresh ground beef.
