Kiddie Corner Family Day Care has been providing care for chidren in Lake Country since 1993. Fully licensed and insured, we have a great group of kids and are able to provide the individualized care and attention your children deserve.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I have enjoyed working with young children since I became a mother myself, and my decision to enter into a career in the childcare field was a natural extension of that love. Learning new techniques, strategies, and social dynamics help keep every day new and fresh.
What do you love most about your job?
This is so much more than a job. I spend my days teaching and learning as much the children in my care do. The partnership that is created between the parents and me is priceless. Family daycare is unlike any other childcare setting, and I feel it best fills the individual needs of each child.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
As I have been providing care for 21+ years, I have had many opportunities for feedback. Some of my favorites include a former daycare child who now mows my lawn and will take time to reminisce about his time with me when he was little, and a young woman whose own child now attends my center.
