At Ashville Sports & Social Club, teams compete, socialize, and earn well-deserved grass stains in a friendly, not-too-competitive environment. Athletes of all levels work up a sweat hurling dodge balls at high speeds, slicing softballs into the upper deck, or evading the outstretched arms of a defender in flag football. After the bats and balls have been laid down and the winner determined, teams retreat to a local watering hole to either gracefully celebrate their victory or cue up an inspiring training montage from Rocky IV.
