What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Our community inspired studio allows our instructors to connect with you personally, so that when you practice in either of our two practice spaces, you will be both guided and challenged. We provide one hot room, with vinyasa flow and hip openers and another non-heated for restorative and gentle.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
By encouraging clients to try different formats and styles of yoga, depending on where they are in their lives and physical space on any given day. This comes from a personal connection to each and every client.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Yoga as a life changer.

What do you love most about your job?
Helping people, watching them grow in their practice and in their lives. Watching how they heal, from the inside out through yoga.
