Those initials—KTR—stand for "kids that rip," but the action sports center welcomes children and adults alike into the facility: a sprawling complex that has areas for general fitness, skateboarding, parkour, dance, dodgeball, and a whole lot more.

Where to start? Well, that depends on a person's age or interests. The youngest visitors begin in the Mini Sports area, where they develop strength and flexibility through activities including jumping, climbing, and bouncing. The 60,000-square-foot indoor skate park welcomes skates, skateboards, and scooters—along with the people using them. Slack-lines and wall-climbs wait in the ninja-warrior area, and the onsite café fuels up visitors for their next extreme activity, such as working up the strength to get up from the table.
