CrossFit FH

Though their workouts are challenging, CrossFit FH unites people of all ages, sizes, and physical ability levels. That’s because the routines are scalable, whether you’re a world-class body builder or a complete beginner. The coaches have 5+ years of experience, and are constantly changing up their routines to emphasize functional fitness, meaning that the movements are designed to build muscles and endurance for tackling everyday activities. One session might see participants completing a circuit of squats, pull-ups, and push-ups, while another might incorporate activities such as heaving kettlebells, hanging from Olympic rings, or deadlifting barbells. No matter the workout’s particulars, each session works to boost people’s strength, speed, endurance, flexibility, power, stamina, balance, coordination, agility, and accuracy.

CrossFit FH also offers a preschool experience where kids will learn basic gymnastics skills, strength, arts, and crafts. Keep your kids active and learning while you get to break a sweat, too. The learning experience involves jumping, climbing, running, flipping, and developing coordination.
