We are a team of green thumbs and have been growing everything from microgreens to mushrooms for the past 10 years. Living in Buffalo, New York, a majority of the year can be pretty cold, making it hard to keep growing outdoors. We started Kubed Root to enable our community to keep growing year-round. Our new Elmwood Village location is expansive and open with natural light and great vibes to keep you and your plants thriving.
