Kudzu meets the highest qualifications of any aerial studio in the area. Our teachers are certified and have professional experience on the national level.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Kudzu’s aerial fitness classes are geared toward the client having fun and getting a good workout at the same time. Each group class is tailored toward the student meeting her/his fitness goals.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
To introduce aerial arts and aerial fitness to the Gulf Coast region safely and with professionalism. At Kudzu, we want you to try things you thought you would never do before, but under the careful watch of instructors who have been trained to get you where you want to go.

What do you love most about your job?
Watching someone smile when they invert for the first time.
