LA Pilates is a facility, which provides Gravity Reformer-based group Pilates classes. The dynamic sessions are available at a variety of levels and at multiple class times: since Pilates can be modified to provide either a gentle strength training program or a challenging workout, most participants have no problem with this form of exercise.
