Their Tuscany-imported automatic tasting machines allow you to explore wines at your own pace. You’ll pour a glass, take a seat, and lose yourself in wines that come from carefully selected Napa and Sonoma Valley grapes, crushed and crafted just steps from where you sit.

Founded by award-winning vintner J.J. Huber, whose roots trace back to Canadian vineyards and the rich oenology traditions of Italy, the winery brings generations of passion and skill into every bottle.
It’s easy to feel at home here. Rows of French and American oak barrels line the room, each holding wine that’s gracefully aging to perfection. The space is cozy, yet alive—a mix of tradition and modern flair. Music hums from their 160-inch screen, a surprising, rock-inspired heartbeat that keeps the space vibrant without losing its warmth.
Grapes are chosen by hand from Napa and Sonoma—picked at dawn, when the fruit is at its peak, and transported immediately to the winery. This dedication ensures every bottle holds layers of flavor that reflect the land it came from.

About Laguna Canyon Winery

Having grown up on a ranch in central Canada, J.J. Huber already knew about crop harvesting and soil when he began making wine in the early 1980s. He refined his skills still further by studying oenology in Vancouver, Canada before embarking on his first wine-business venture with his brother. Together they ran two wineries in British Columbia for 10 years before opening Orange County's first urban winery Laguna Beach, CA. Surround yourself around Italian winemaking equipment and select from 12 red wines, 3 white wines, Rose' and sweet red Moscato in the Barrel Tasting Room.
