I specialize in individual, couples, adolescent and family therapy, with a focus on women's issues and phase of life transitions. I strive to create a warm, peaceful environment where together we can examine current issues and stressors, and determine reasonable solutions to provide relief.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
The inspiration for Lantern was to create a space for those seeking to gain balance in their lives and restore their inner peace.

What do you love most about your job?
I enjoy helping and supporting others. Allowing my clients to feel heard, and being able to collaborate together to find solutions and avenues for relief.
