Redeem Your Groupon In Advance: You must follow the redemption instructions on your voucher to obtain your scannable Eventbrite ticket prior to arrival at Navy Pier. The boarding staff will NOT accept Groupon vouchers...you must have a Scannable Ticket from Eventbrite.
- Boarding Time: The boat will begin boarding at 11:00 PM, and the party will start promptly. All guests must be present by 11:15 PM, or their spot may be given away. No refunds for missed boarding.
- What to Bring: Have your Eventbrite QR Code and valid 21+ ID ready for inspection at the boarding line.
- Boarding Closure: Once boarding is complete, the gate will close, and the crew will prepare for departure. No additional boarding will be allowed.
- Punctuality: The boat will leave on time—please be punctual!
