About The Fairmont San Francisco Laurel Court Restaurant & Bar
As one of three lavish dining options inside The Fairmont San Francisco, Laurel Court Restaurant & Bar sets the standard by building its seasonal menus around local ingredients. Executive chef Andrew Court teams up with local farmers, ranchers, and Monterey's Seafood Watch to ensure the kitchen remains stocked with the season's tastiest treats. Chef Andrew and his culinary crew also produce much of the restaurant's charcuterie in-house using traditional cold-curing techniques.
Diners reap the benefits of these efforts during daily breakfasts, lunch on the weekdays, and dinner on Monday–Saturday. In the morning, they can enjoy Sonoma duck confit hash, and later in the day, they can sift through cioppino loaded with Dungeness crab, prawns, mussels, and clams. The Laurel Court Restaurant & Bar also hosts afternoon tea on weekends, carrying on a local tradition that dates back to early 1900s, when San Francisco was still located in England.
