Now in its ninth year, Lee’s Wine Experience tantalizes philanthropic tongues with more than 1,000 wines from around the world, with proceeds benefiting the nonprofit Lee’s Helping Hand. Visitors can spend five hours milling around the Barron Room of the Las Vegas Hilton, learning about regional wine flavors, fermentation processes, and techniques for safely chewing open a wine bottle while sipping vintages from France, Argentina, Spain, Chile, and the U.S. A spirit-tasting area immerses liquor lovers in samplings of premium vodka, tequila, rum, whiskey, and liqueurs as well as a selection of beers.

For every Groupon purchased, $20 will fund the efforts of Lee’s Helping Hand, an umbrella group that benefits five charities—Opportunity Village, Spread the Word Nevada, New Vista Community, and Catholic Charities of Southern Nevada—allowing guests to offer a hand up while maintaining a tight grip on their chosen beverage.
