A happy horse means a happy ride. That's the overarching philosophy at Legacy River Equestrian Center, which is just as concerned about the well-being of its horses as it is its students. To that end, they equip their stables with comfortable soft-matted stalls, a fly spray system that keeps pests away, and free WiFi that the horses can use to hate-watch episodes of "Mr. Ed." There are also 11 grass pastures on which the majestic animals can happily roam and socialize.

And the students are, of course, treated with the same level of respect and care as the steeds. Seasoned riders and trainers teach the fundamentals of grooming and riding during private or group sessions, dishing out the support and attention necessary to help students achieve their riding goals. These can be anything from just mastering the basics to preparing for a national competition.
