Designed by renowned clubber Arnold Palmer, The Legends Walk Course challenges players through nine holes of rolling hills, rustic water ponds, and pristine FloraDwarf grass greens. Before stepping onto the course, golfers acquaint themselves with rental clubs by firing off range balls in the practice area and then sitting down cross-legged for a round of "two truths and a lie." Five sets of tees to afford each player a suitable challenge, and a gauntlet of trees, bunkers, and small ponds calls for use of nearly every club and the occasional badminton racket. After teeing off, golfers drive and chip over Bermuda grass fairways while eschewing motorized carts in favor of walking on a course designed to evoke the early days of the game, when carts were only used for tie-breaking drag races.
