MARRIAGE AND PRE-MARITAL COACHING

Being “happily” married now for 28 years. I can tell you more than a few things about a successful union. I will listen to what you want for your relationship. We will work together to help get you there. 

COACHING FOR THOSE MOVING ABROAD

My husband and I moved from Houston, Tx to Dominican Republic. It was an easy adjustment for us because we were on the same page. Many couples and their children are struggling with their new lifestyles. I started a YouTube channel (Ebony Ladies in the DR) that helps with the Logistics and Day to Day but not with the emotional side. Here is where you can talk and get the support you need to make it home. This session is available to ages 12 and up. 

BEING A BETTER FRIEND/SIBLING/CHILD

These are the most important relationships that we will have as an adult or teenager. In these sessions, not only will I listen. We’ll also engage in different activities that will allow you to express yourself and evaluate other ways of dealing with difficult situations.

RELATIONSHIPS - SINGLE MEN OR WOMEN

Why am I single? Why do I keep ending up with the same type of person? Is it me? Do I deserve love? Why do my relationships end the same way every time? What am I doing wrong? If you’ve ever asked yourself either of these questions, then we need to talk. I can assist you in figuring out where the issue is. These sessions will include exercises that will make you laugh and maybe even cry. They will challenge you to think differently. 

MEN/WOMEN OR MIXED

Limited to 4 People in a session. Group sessions give you the opportunity to hear feedback and viewpoints of others. Topics vary.  

WELLNESS/FITNESS 

Limited to 6 People in a session. Need encouragement to meet your fitness goals or incorporating a new healthy lifestyle - this is the group for you. 

WEEKLY SESSIONS

If you’re looking for something completely integrated and tailored to your specific needs this is the plan for you. Whatever your goal is we can develop a plan of action and execute. My role is to help you stay accountable and not repeat past actions that didn’t yield the results you expected. I will offer you complimentary email check-ins between sessions.

With more than 15 years experience providing coaching services to Couples (Married, Dating, Pre-Marital), Singles (Men and Women), teenagers and anyone wanting to make a change in their life. I’m excited to share my knowledge and do everything I can to get you where you want to be. 

I was very fortunate to have learned at an early age that “you only live once”. I took that to heart and explored, experimented and engaged in all the things that sparked my curiosity. With that being said, I live a very full and happy life. It is my pleasure everyday to listen to people that aren’t sure how to handle a challenge or situation and provide them with the tools they need for success. 

Life coaching can improve confidence and self-esteem, increase life satisfaction and happiness levels, lower stress levels and help you have a more peaceful mind. This, in turn, can increase energy, productivity, bring passion and focus to your future endeavors and relationships.
