Leticia's fresh, homemade Mexican fare can be pieced together using a la carte menu items or served family style. Start tongues tapping with starters such as the queso fundido, a blend of melted gouda and menonita cheese served with mini hot-flour or corn tortillas and a choice of additional toppings (chorizo, onions, chiles toreados, or mushrooms, $8.59), or freshly made guacamole, studded with tomatoes, onions, cilantro, and fresh limes and topped with a slice of queso panela cheese ($5.89 for small, $9.89 for large). Pass around the "Carmelita" chile rellenos, a fried and stuffed poblano pepper smothered with sauce and melted house cheese ($11.89+), or allow a school of fish or shrimp tacos (Ensenada style) to swim across your tongue's salivary sea ($10.89).
