Let’s Dish! founders and native Minnesotans Ruth Lundquist and Darcy Olson rescue the harried and the hungry from culinary uncertainty by whisking them away to a fluffy cloud of meringue on an Airbus A380 made out of Worcestershire. Here’s how it works: You create a Let’s Dish! account online and select the meals for your desired menu. After clearing room in your freezer, schedule your in-store session online and then stop into Let's Dish! to prepare your four entrees just the way you like them, adding as much bacon, saffron, newt’s eyes, or love as needed to suit the tastes of you and your family. When you finish, take each dish home to eat or store at your leisure. The family-sized portions can be divided in-store to make eight meals for two or three people, giving overworked roommates, busy couples, singles looking to spice up their typical eating routines, and shortstop-less softball teams a better last-minute dinner option than “left-over taco shells filled with peanut butter and jelly.”
