After making their very first T-shirt, a pair of brothers knew what they wanted to do with the rest of their lives. They didn't know much about business or design, but they knew what they liked. They put a childhood drawing of a grinning face on shirt and framed it with the phrase "Life is Good." It became both their brand and their philosophy, and they and their products soon headed to multiple cities. The stores still sell plenty of uplifting apparel, donating 10% of their net profit to help kids in need. In local stores such as Life is Good Newport, the shelves boast a greater variety of products, including fashion for women, men, and kids and themed sports apparel from the likes of the NFL, NHL, MLB and NBA to Under Armour and even doggie toys and leashes in the Life is Good theme.
