What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I went looking for a practice that not only addressed my physics body, but also my energetic being and my place in the universe. Through Kundalini Yoga I found strength (in the physical practice), calm in my mind from the meditation and connection to my soul. I wished to share that with my community
