- No gifts allowed. New customers only. Limit 1 per person. Limit 1 per visit. It may be used daily, Monday through Sunday, from 10 AM to 6 PM. Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide us with at least 24 hours notice. If you make a reservation through Groupon, you may cancel or change your reservation up to 24 hours before its start time. Otherwise, vouchers booked through Groupon will be redeemed, and the deal’s promotional value and amount paid will expire. Redeemed vouchers due to a no-show or a cancellation shorter than the 24-hour cancellation may not be refunded or rescheduled. For any hair services where the length of hair exceeds shoulder length, there will incur an additional $50-$100 charge upon checkout. For facial appointments, arriving late may affect service duration. Nails that have been severely neglected may incur additional charges. All Sales Final. The customer must present the Groupon before the service and get a consultation for any additional charges that may apply.
