It was important for Lima Bean Kids' founder, Jules, to be able to have a creative outlet. It was equally important that this creative outlet not interfere with her ability to pick up her kids from school everyday. So she founded a company that lets her create cute personalized kids' gifts and still have time to be around for her family.

Lima Bean Kids has since taken off, outfitting little boys and girls in tees decorated with cartoon animals, superheroes, and fantastical creatures, such as mermaids and teachers who never give homework. It also supplies families with BPA-free dishes appropriately sized for small portions and fingers, as well as with school supplies that include notebooks and lunch boxes. Every item from Lima Bean is personalized with the child's name.
