• Underworld - Escape Room:
  • I am Hades, God of the Underworld, and you are trespassers in my domain! I know not how you made it to the land of the dead; as natural causes, or perhaps as stowaways on the River Styx. No matter, in an hour’s time your souls will be trapped here forever. Don’t bother begging me for mercy! I have no pity or time for puny mortals. Your efforts are better spent appealing to the other gods. If you can please them according to their particular tastes, they may just give you a chance to save yourselves.

• Western:
  • There has been a severe drought since the totems of the Kumeyaay tribe were stolen. The sheriff caught the thief but kept the totems for himself. The Shaman sent messengers to reclaim their rightful possession. Covering up his own motives, the sheriff accused them of collusion and locked them up in his office. Now, he is out for lunch in the saloon and will return in an hour. This is a great opportunity. The messengers have to get out of the cell, retrieve the totems, and escape.

• Mayan:
  • After years of extensive research, we’ve discovered there is a hidden chamber containing valuable treasure deep within the confines of an ancient Mayan Temple. As the best team of archaeologists around, this task is very suitable for you! Documents on the history of this treasure state “Those who conquer the four elements, will be granted passage” Beware, you must proceed with caution! With such a brittle structure we aren’t sure how long you’ll have until the ruins will collapse. You’ll get a cut of the profit if you make it out alive. Overcome the obstacles, grab the treasure, and get out!

An escape room, also known as a "puzzle room" or "escape game," is an interactive adventure experience. Participants work as a team to solve a series of puzzles, riddles, and challenges using clues, hints, and their collective strategy to accomplish specific goals within a set time limit. These games draw inspiration from live-action video games and are typically set in fictional locations, offering diverse themes. At Lockdown, we pride ourselves on providing a wide variety of themes, currently offering 18 and more to come, including prison cells, tombs, secret labs, and space stations, with puzzles and riddles tailored to each theme.
