About Lotus Garden Yoga and Meditation Center
Both of Lotus Garden's locations are temporarily closed due to COVID-19. All classes are being offered virtually during this time and virtual classes will continue even when the physical locations open. At Lotus Garden Yoga find experienced instructors teaching a variety of yoga styles including Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and yoga for seniors, as well as classes in Chi Gong and Tai Chi. Lotus Garden also offer programs and classes on Meditation to help easily apply tools and techniques to a client’s daily life to help manage stress and anxiety. All ages and levels of experience will find a class that suits them.
