The exposed grains of the wood-hulled Scandinavian-styled saunporium accent the deliberately minimalist aesthetic. The cedar-sauna smells of the forest in summertime swirl through the air, and the chill lounge (AC-cooled in warmer months) offers plenty of opportunity to pick up your lost sweat drops and browse the spa's Dr. Hauschka holistic skincare line. Löyly has both coed sauna hours and single-sex hours. Ladies can perspire worlds together Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, while guys get the place to themselves on Sunday mornings. Both halves are welcome Sunday afternoons, Mondays, and Wednesdays. Sauna-goers are free to let loose during segregated hours, but bathing suits must be worn during coed steam jams.
