During the awesome activity week, students don a complimentary T-shirt and get busy building a robot, performing a real forensics test, or crafting inventions from basic materials. Each activity week consists of five days of three-hour programs; see the schedule for dates and locations.

The afterschool program sparks the joy of learning through 8–12 weeks of activities. Though the current curriculum has yet to be announced, past offerings have included All About Animals, Living in Space, Stunt Planes and Gliders, and Movie Effects. The mad science party entertains up to 15 children on location or at the Northampton Adventure Lab (rental or travel fees may apply). During the party, kids participate in a hands-on science project, such as concocting their own slime or putty. Additionally, a science expert will perform for one hour before handing out a complimentary goody bag and poster to the birthday child as well as a science activity that each kid can practice at home. Experiments might harness static electricity, infuse everyday water with an unearthly glow, or set solid objects floating across nothing but a column of air.
