Every week, Magooby's schedule features established national headliners, including comedians featured on HBO, Late Night with Conan O’Brien, and Comedy Central. Although many of the featured comedians have made nationally televised appearances, Magooby's remains a down-to-earth comedic facility. Its new Timonium facility features 400 stadium-style seats, making it one of the largest comedy clubs on the East Coast. The parking is free, and guests are encouraged to show up prior to show time and enjoy a drink—no waiting in a cramped space or standing outside required.

Light eats are available for devouring, and there is a two-item minimum for some shows. The Magooby's Burger, an 8-ounce sirloin cheeseburger that comes with fries ($9), is one such example of the club's casual fare. Baskets of fries and onion rings are $5 each. If you remember to bring your wet-wipes, order 10 chicken wings with hot sauce and a side of ranch dressing ($8). Specialty drinks with yuk-yuk names are available in addition to beers and spirits. Try the Farmer's Daughter, a blend of Southern Comfort, peach schnapps, grenadine, orange juice, and lemon-lime soda ($8).
